About Me
Henrike Schelper
Henrike lived inside the world of professional sport — Formula 1, FC Bayern Munich, FIFA, and the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation — where excellence wasn’t optional and pressure was constant.
After relocating from Munich to Shanghai to Silicon Valley, she found herself asking the same question many of her clients face today: what’s next?
That question became a turning point. She trained at CTI in Palo Alto, recognized by Harvard Medical School as the gold standard in coaching, and co-developed the Stanford-born mental performance program Positive Intelligence — then began working with top executives across tech, sport, and global brands.
Twenty-five years in, these remain the environments Henrike knows best — where precision, presence, and trust are simply the price of entry.
Today, that experience shapes a different kind of work: helping family offices, exited founders, and elite athletes align what they’ve built with the direction they’re actually taking it.
She partners selectively, with a small number of clients at a time, over the long term. Born in Germany, now based in La Jolla, California, and having lived and worked in Shanghai, London, Munich, Silicon Valley, and San Diego, Henrike brings a genuinely global perspective — shaped by professional rigor as much as by lived experience.
